Ripretinib, (LuciRip) works for treating of adult patients with advanced or metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have previously received three or more kinase inhibitor therapies, including Imatinib, Sunitinib, and Regorafenib.
Ripretinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets KIT and PDGFRA mutations, blocking abnormal signaling pathways responsible for tumor cell growth. By inhibiting these pathways, it helps slow or prevent tumor progression, particularly in patients whose disease has advanced after prior standard treatments. Ripretinib is a doctor prescription (Ripretinib) medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by patient’s doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. LuciRip Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
