Side effects:

The most common side effects of Cabozantinib are:

Dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, mouth sores, constipation, stomach pain, tiredness, weakness, weight loss, decreased appetite, taste changes, hoarseness, and lightening of hair color. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
