Melphalan, (ALKERAN) works for treating certain types of cancer (such as multiple myeloma, ovarian). It’s a doctor prescription (Melphalan) medicine.  

ASPEN Pharma Ltd. of Germany mfg ALKERAN. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. ALKERAN Tablet  may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side effects:

The most common side effects of MELPHALAN are:
