Indication:

Dosage:

The typical adult dose is 50 mg once daily for 4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks off (a 6-week cycle). In some cases, such as pNET, a continuous daily dose of 37.5 mg may be used. The dosage can vary based on the cancer type, patient's condition, and side effects.

Blood pressure, heart function, and blood counts must be monitored during treatment.

The most common side effects of Sunitinib are:
