Indication:

The usual adult dose is 960 mg once daily, taken as eight 120 mg tablets all at once, with or without food. The tablets should be swallowed whole—not crushed, chewed, or split. If side effects like liver problems or diarrhea occur, the dose may be reduced (to 720 mg, 480 mg, or 240 mg daily) or paused, depending on severity.

Only used in patients confirmed to have KRAS G12C mutation.
Requires regular monitoring of liver function and general health during treatment.
