Indication

Dosage

Selinexor is an oral medication used to treat certain types of cancer, like multiple myeloma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The usual starting dose for multiple myeloma is 80 mg taken twice weekly (for example, on days 1 and 3 of each week) in combination with other cancer drugs. For lymphoma, the dose might be 60 mg once weekly. The dose can be adjusted based on how the patient tolerates the treatment and any side effects experienced. It’s important to follow the doctor’s instructions closely and not to skip doses to get the best benefit.

Take with food to help reduce nausea.

Regular blood tests are needed to monitor blood counts and liver function.
