Indication:

For children aged 6 to 14 years, it’s typically 5 mg daily, and for younger children (2 to 5 years), the dose is usually 4 mg daily, often as chewable tablets or granules. It should be taken regularly, even when the person has no symptoms, to help control asthma or allergy symptoms.

Note:

Take it at the same time every day, preferably in the evening.

It does not treat sudden asthma attacks—a rescue inhaler is still needed for emergencies.
