Indication:

The usual dosage for children is based on body surface area (BSA), typically around 25 mg/m² taken twice daily, about 12 hours apart. The capsules should be swallowed whole on an empty stomach—at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating. Dosage may be adjusted based on tolerance, side effects, or changes in weight or BSA during treatment.

Not approved for all cancers—only specific NF1-related tumors.
